DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the defendant pro se for leave to reargue his prior motions, inter alia, pursuant to CPL 460.30 for an extension of time to take an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Nassau County, rendered December 18, 2008, and for poor person relief, which were determined by decisions and orders on motion dated April 21, 2009 and December 21, 2009, respectively.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied.
