| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant pro se for leave to file less than nine copies of his supplemental brief on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, rendered November 25, 2008.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant's time to serve and file a supplemental pro se brief is enlarged until November 1, 2010, and the appellant's supplemental pro se brief shall be served and filed on or before that day; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant shall file nine copies of the supplemental brief and serve one copy on the District Attorney.
