Motion by the defendant for a writ of error coram nobis to vacate a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered July 11, 2000, in effect, on the ground that trial counsel was ineffective for failing to file a notice of appeal or a motion to extend his time to file a notice of appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
