ORDER ON APPLICATION

Application by the appellants AAR Power Services, Inc., and AAR Engine Components Services pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated September 2, 2008, and March 2, 2010, to enlarge the time to file a brief responding to Point II in the brief of the appellants Astoria Generating Company, L.P., Orion Power Holdings, Inc., Orion Power New York G.P. II, Inc., Reliant Resources, Inc., and Reliant Energy, Inc.

ORDERED that the application is granted and the applicants' time to serve and file the subject brief is enlarged until September 7, 2010, and the brief shall be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,

ORDERED that the respondents shall serve and file their briefs, if any, on or before October 12, 2010; the appellants AAR Power Services, Inc., and AAR Engine Components Services shall serve and file a reply brief on or before October 27, 2010; and the appellants Astoria Generating Company, L.P., Orion Power Holdings, Inc., Orion Power New York G.P. II, Inc., Reliant Resources, Inc., and Reliant Energy, Inc., shall serve and file a reply brief on or before November 12, 2010.
