ORDER ON APPLICATION

Application by the Ronsco, Inc. and Falcon Electrical Contracting Corp. pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to perfect appeals and cross appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated January 5, 2010.

ORDERED that the application is granted; and it is further,

ORDERED the on or before August 31, 2010, Brunilda Lopez-Dones and Falcon Electrical Contracting Corp. shall perfect their respective appeals by serving and filing the joint record or appendix on the appeals and their respective briefs; and it is further,

ORDERED that on or before October 5, 2010, 601 West Associates, LLC, shall serve and file its answering brief to the appeal of Brunilda Lopez-Dones, including its points of argument on its cross appeal (see 22 NYCRR 670.8[c][3]); and it is further,

ORDERED that on or before November 9, 2010, B.R. Fries & Associates, Inc. shall serve and file its answering brief to the appeals of Brunilda Lopez-Dones, Falcon Electrical Contracting Corp. and 601 West Associates, LLC, including its points of argument on its cross appeal (see 22 NYCRR 670.8[c][3]); and it is further,

ORDERED that on or before December 14, 2010, Ronsco, Inc., shall serve and file its answering brief to the appeals of Brunilda Lopez-Dones and B.R. Fries & Associates, Inc., including its points of argument on its cross appeal (see 22 NYCRR 670.8[c][3]); and it is further,

ORDERED that on or before January 18, 2011, Tommy Hilfiger U.S.A., Inc., Capital Ceiling Systems, Inc., and Sunset Interiors Corp., shall serve and file their respective respondents' briefs; and it is further,

ORDERED that on or before February 22, 2011, Brunilda Lopez-Dones shall serve and file a reply brief, and Falcon Electrical Contracting Corp. shall serve and file a brief in response to the cross appeal by B.R. Fries & Associates, Inc., and in reply on its own appeal; and it is further,

ORDERED that on or before March 29, 2011, 601 West Associates, LLC shall serve and file a brief in response to the cross appeals of B.R. Fries & Associates, Inc. and Ronsco, Inc., and in reply on its own appeal; and it is further,

ORDERED that on or before May 3, 2011, B.R. Fries & Associates, Inc. shall serve and file a brief in response to the cross appeal of Ronsco, Inc., and in reply on its own appeal; and it is further,

ORDERED that May 18, 2011, Ronsco, Inc. shall serve and file a reply brief.
