| ORDER ON APPLICATION |
Application by the respondent-appellant pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, dated March 10, 2010, and an appeal and cross appeal from a judgment of the same court dated May 3, 2010, and separate application by the respondent Congregation Yetev Lev of Monsey, Inc., to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief.
ORDERED that the applications are granted, and the respondent-appellant shall serve and file his answering brief, including his points of argument on the cross appeal, on or before August 12, 2010 (see 22 NYCRR 670.8[c][3]); and it is further,
ORDERED that the respondent Congregation Yetev Lev of Monsey, Inc., shall serve and file its brief on or before September 17, 2010; the appellants-respondents shall serve and file their reply briefs on or before October 22, 2010; and the respondent-appellant shall serve and file a reply brief, if any, on or before November 18, 2010.
