ORDERED that the order on application of this court dated July 16, 2010, in the above-entitled appeal which granted an application by the appellant pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to perfect appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated July 13, 2009 (Appellate Division Docket No. 2009-09277), and December 11, 2009 (Appellate Division Docket No. 2010-01224), respectively, is amended by deleting from the first paragraph thereof Appellate Division Docket No. "2009-01224" and substituting therefor Appellate Division Docket No. "2010-01224".
