ORDERED that the decision and order on application dated June 15, 2010, in the above-entitled matter which granted an application by Dana Alaine Colon, to change her name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law to Dana Alaine Tenenbaum, is amended by deleting from the second decretal paragraph the name "Tanenbaum," and substituting therefor the name "Tenenbaum".
