Appellant having moved for an extension of time to file and serve a pro se supplemental brief on the appeal taken from a judgment of the Onondaga County Court, rendered October 22, 2007,
Now upon reading and filing the affidavit of Calvin Moore, sworn to July 7, 2010, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion be, and the same hereby is, granted to the extent that the Clerk is directed to accept the 10 copies of appellant's pro se supplemental brief submitted to this Court on July 15, 2010 for filing, and,
It is further ORDERED that respondent shall file a brief in response to the pro se supplemental brief, if any, on or before September 2, 2010.
