On the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this court dated July 29, 2010, in the above-entitled appeal which determined a motion by the appellant for poor person relief on an appeal from a resentence of the County Court, Dutchess County, imposed March 16, 2010, is amended by deleting from the preamble thereof the words "Putnam County," and substituting therefor the words "Dutchess County".
