DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant to enlarge the time to perfect an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated July 6, 2009, and to direct the parties' trial counsel to furnish copies of the forensic report of Dr. Aronson dated July 10, 2006, and all trial exhibits.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition and in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal is granted, the appellant's time to perfect the appeal is enlarged until October 12, 2010, and the record or appendix on the appeal and the appellant's brief shall be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to direct the parties' trial counsel to furnish copies of the forensic report of Dr. Aronson dated July 10, 2006, is granted to the extent that the appellant's attorney shall obtain a copy of the forensic report from Dr. Aronson, and, upon receipt of a copy of this order, Dr. Aronson shall release a copy of the forensic report to the appellant's attorney, Darren M. Shapiro, Esq., 99 Jericho Turnpike, Suite 300-K, Jericho, New York 11753, and that branch of the motion is otherwise denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to direct the parties' trial counsel to furnish copies of all trial exhibits is granted to the extent that on or before September 10, 2010, the attorney for the children shall provide the appellant's attorney with copies of all trial exhibits in her possession, and that branch of the motion is otherwise denied.
