Motion by the attorney for the child to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Westchester County, dated April 21, 2009.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the time of the attorney for the child to serve and file a brief on the appeal is enlarged until August 18, 2010; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further enlargement of time shall be granted.
