On the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this court dated July 16, 2010, in the above entitled appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, both dated February 25, 2010, is amended by deleting from the decretal paragraph thereof the words "is deemed to be a notice of cross appeal," and substituting therefor the words "is deemed to be a notice of appeal."
