Motion by appellant-respondent to vacate an order on application of this court dated May 12, 2010, which granted an application by respondents-appellants for an enlargement of time to file a brief on an appeal and cross appeal from a judgment of the District Court of Suffolk County, Third District, entered August 14, 2009, and for sanctions.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is,
ORDERED that the motion by appellant-respondent to vacate this court's order dated May 12, 2010 and for sanctions is denied.
