Motion by appellants for a stay pending the determination of an appeal from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered April 23, 2010. Motion by respondent for an enlargement of time to file opposition to appellants' motion.
ORDERED, on the court's own motion, that the motion by appellants and the motion by respondent are consolidated for purposes of disposition; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion by respondent for an enlargement of time to file opposition is granted and the opposing papers are deemed timely served and filed; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion by appellants for a stay pending the determination of the appeal is denied.
