On the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that its decision and order on motion dated August 16, 2010, in the above-entitled matter, which granted a motion by the appellant, on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated February 8, 2010, is amended by deleting from the fourth decretal paragraph the address "966 St. Nicholas Ave., Suite 3D, New York, New York 10032" and substituting the address "260 Convent Avenue, Suite 34, New York, New York 10031."
