Motion by appellant for a stay of enforcement of a judgment of the District Court of Nassau County, First District, entered June 24, 2010, pending the determination of the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers filed in opposition thereto, it is,
ORDERED that the motion by appellant for a stay of enforcement of the judgment pending the determination of the appeal is denied.
Appellant, if it be so advised, may obtain a stay of the money judgment by filing an undertaking with the District Court (see CPLR 5519 [a] [2]).
