Motions by appellant, returnable July 16, 2010 and July 23, 2010, for a stay pending the determination of an appeal from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered July 8, 2010.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is,
ORDERED, on the court's own motion, that the motions by appellant are consolidated for purposes of disposition; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motions are denied without prejudice to renewal upon proper papers.
Appellant has failed to submit an affidavit of service showing that respondent was served with either of these motions.
