It is Ordered that the landlord-appellant's motion for a stay of the attorney's fees hearing is granted on condition that landlord-appellant perfect its appeal by no later than the December 2010 Term - the filing deadline is October 12, 2010. In the event of the landlord-appellant's failure to comply with the foregoing condition, tenant-respondent may move on five days notice for an order vacating the stay.
