Motion by the respondent Laura Huddleston to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered July 10, 2009.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and the time of the respondent Laura Huddleston's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until August 31, 2010, and the respondent Laura Huddleston's brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
