On the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that its decision and order on motion dated August 3, 2010, in the above-entitled matter, which granted a motion by the appellant pro se, on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, rendered April 27, 2010, is amended by deleting from the caption the name "Marvin Marinza-Zavala" and substituting therefor the name "Marvin Marin-Zavala."
