Appeals by Mazeltov M. from two orders of the Family Court, Queens County, dated October 9, 2009, and October 21, 2009, respectively. By decision and order on motion of this court dated June 10, 2010, the appellant was directed to either perfect the appeals or move for the assignment of new counsel on or before July 26, 2010. The appellant has neither perfected the appeals nor moved for the assignment of new counsel.
Now, on the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the appeals are dismissed, without costs or disbursements, for failure to comply with the prior order of the court dated June 10, 2010.
