Motion by the petitioners to enlarge the time to perfect a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 which was transferred to this court by order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, entered November 12, 2009.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and it is further,
ORDERED that the petitioners' time to perfect the proceeding is enlarged until September 20, 2010, and the petitioners' record or appendix and brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
