| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Separate motions by Muro Title Agency, Inc., and Realty Skyline Research, LLC, to enlarge the time to perfect appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated July 28, 2009. Cross motion by National Title Insurance Agency of New York, Inc., to dismiss the appeal by Realty Skyline Research, LLC, on the ground that Realty Skyline Research, LLC, is not aggrieved and lacks standing.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the cross motion, and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motions are granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellants' time to perfect the appeals is enlarged until September 24, 2010, and the joint record or appendix on the appeals (see 22 NYCRR 670.8[c][1]) and the appellants' respective briefs must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the cross motion is denied.
