Petitioner-appellant Donald H.C. having moved for permission to proceed as a poor person and for assignment of counsel on the appeals taken herein from orders of the Family Court, Oneida County, entered in the Office of the Clerk of said Court on January 29, 2010, and March 3, 2010,

Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Donald H.C., sworn to July 27, 2010, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is denied and the appeals are dismissed on the ground that the Order of Dismissal of Family Court, entered March 19, 2010, renders the appeals moot.
