ORDERED that the motion is granted, without costs, and the time to perfect the appeal is extended
to October 25, 2010. It is noted that no further extension of time to perfect the appeal will be granted based upon the delay in receiving the
decision on the presently pending application before the Workers' Compensation Board for full Board review.
