On the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that its decision and order on motion dated July 21, 2010, in the above-entitled matter, which denied a motion by the appellant, on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated May 12, 2010, is amended by deleting from the second paragraph the words "the papers filed in opposition or relation thereto" and substituting therefor the words "no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto."
