Motion by the appellants to consolidate appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Putnam County, dated July 27, 2009 (Appellate Division Docket No. 2010-01489), and September 1, 2009 (Appellate Division Docket No. 2010-03800), respectively, and to deem the appendix and briefs filed in connection with the appeal pending under Appellate Division Docket No. 2010-01489 to also be the appendix and briefs on the appeal pending under Appellate Division Docket No. 2010-03800.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted.
