Motion by the respondent, in effect, to recall and vacate an order on application dated July 16, 2010, which granted the appellant's application pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to perfect appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated July 13, 2009 (Appellate Division Docket No. 2009-09277), and December 11, 2009 (Appellate Division Docket No. 2009-01224), respectively, and to dismiss the appeals for failure to timely perfect.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
