DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the attorney for the child Salif K. on appeals from three orders of the Family Court, Queens County, dated May 25, 2010 (Appellate Division Docket No. 2010-06791), June 8, 2010 (Appellate Division Docket No. 2010-06793), and June 9, 2010 (Appellate Division Docket No. 2010-06795), respectively, to place the appeal from the order dated June 9, 2010, in the active management program and issue a scheduling order expediting that appeal.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the respondents and the attorney for the child Salif K. shall serve and file their briefs, if any, in connection with the appeal from the order dated June 9, 2010 (Appellate Division Docket No. 2010-06795), on or before September 22, 2010, and the appellant shall serve and file its reply brief, if any, on or before October 1, 2010, and the motion is otherwise denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that on the court's own motion, the respondents and the attorney for the child Sing W. C. shall serve and file their briefs, if any, in connection with the appeal from the order dated May 25, 2010 (Appellate Division Docket No. 2010-06791), on or before September 22, 2010, and the appellant shall serve and file its reply brief, if any, on or before October 1, 2010; and it is further,

ORDERED that on the court's own motion, the respondents and the attorney for the child Jefferson S. shall serve and file their briefs, if any, in connection with the appeal from the order dated June 8, 2010 (Appellate Division Docket No. 2010-06793), on or before September 22, 2010, and the appellant shall serve and file its reply brief, if any, on or before October 1, 2010; and it is further,

ORDERED that the appeals will be calendared expeditiously after all briefs have been filed.
