DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by respondent to recall and vacate an order of this court dated July 31, 2009, which reversed a judgment of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered July 2, 2007, vacated so much of an order of the Civil Court entered April 19, 2007 as granted appellant's motion for summary judgment upon claims for services rendered to Natasha Wright and Junior Ford, and denied said branches of appellant's motion without prejudice, and for related relief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is,
ORDERED that the motion by respondent is denied.
