Application by the appellant on appeals from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated May 3, 2010, and a judgment of the same court dated May 21, 2010, to amend a decision and order on motion of this court dated July 12, 2010, which granted a stay upon condition that the appeals be perfected by August 26, 2010.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted and the decision and order on motion of this court dated July 12, 2010, is amended by deleting from the decretal paragraphs thereof the date "August 26, 2010," and substituting therefor the date "August 27, 2010."
