| SCHEDULING ORDER |
Appeals by Michael Hofmann from two orders of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated December 15, 2009, and January 10, 2010, respectively. The transcripts in the above-entitled appeal were received by the appellant by August 13, 2010. Pursuant to § 670.4(a) of the Rules of this court (22 NYCRR 670.4[a]), it is
ORDERED that within 60 days of the date of this order, the appellant shall perfect the appeal or submit an affidavit or an affirmation withdrawing the appeal; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant is directed to provide copies of the transcripts to all of the other parties to the appeal, including the attorney for the child, if any, when the appellant's brief is served upon those parties; and it is further,
ORDERED that if the appeal has not been perfected or withdrawn within 60 days of the date of this order, the Clerk of the court shall issue an order to all parties to the appeal to show cause why the appeal should or should not be dismissed.
