Motion by the nonparty-appellant, in effect, to continue placement of the subject child in foster care, pending hearing and determination of appeals from an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated August 4, 2010.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and placement of the subject child is continued in foster care, pending hearing and determination of the appeals.
