DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant to stay enforcement of an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, entered July 29, 2010, pending hearing and determination of an appeal therefrom, to set a schedule for unsupervised visitation and telephone access between the appellant and the subject child, to be furnished with transcripts without cost, for leave to perfect the appeal on the original papers, to waive the filing fee, and for a preference in the calendaring of the appeal.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for a preference in the calendaring of the appeal is denied without prejudice to renew after the appeal has been perfected; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
