Motion by the plaintiff-respondent on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, November 12, 2009, in effect, to enlarge the record to include certain portions of the Standard Operating Procedures manual of the Ramapo Valley Ambulance Corps, Inc., or for the court to take judicial notice of the material in those portions of the manual.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
