DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeals by Crystal D. and Alanie H. from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated March 4, 2010. By order to show cause dated July 22, 2010, the parties or their attorneys were directed to show cause before this court why an order should or should not be made and entered relieving counsel assigned by order on certification of this court dated June 17, 2010, to perfect the appeal on behalf of the appellant Crystal D. on the ground that counsel had been unable to contact that appellant, and dismissing the appeal on behalf of that appellant.

Now, on the court's own motion, and no papers having been filed in response to the order to show cause, it is

ORDERED that the assigned counsel for the appellant Crystal D. is relieved of the assignment; and it is further,

ORDERED that the appeal of the appellant Crystal D. is dismissed, without costs or disbursements.
