| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by Dawn Corrigan on appeals from two orders of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated June 30, 2010 (Appellate Division Docket No. 2010-07196), and July 15, 2010 (Appellate Division Docket No. 2010-07197), respectively, for leave to appeal to this Court from the order dated June 30, 2010, and to stay an investigation by Suffolk County Department of Social Services Child Protective Services Bureau directed by the order dated June 30, 2010, pending hearing and determination of the appeal from the order dated June 30, 2010.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to appeal from the order dated June 30, 2010 (Appellate Division Docket No. 2010-07196), is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeal purportedly taken as of right from the order dated July 15, 2010 (Appellate Division Docket No. 2010-07197), is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, as the order is not appealable as of right; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to stay the investigation by the Suffolk County Department of Social Services Child Protective Services Bureau directed by the order dated June 30, 2010, is granted, and the investigation is stayed, pending hearing and determination of the appeal from the order dated June 30, 2010.
