Motion by the nonparty-appellant, in effect, to continue the placement of Padmine M. in foster care, pending hearing and determination of an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated August 12, 2010.

ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the placement of Padmine M. in foster care is continued pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
