| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by PC Group, LLC, in effect, to direct the appellants to perfect an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Richmond County, dated June 14, 2010, by a date certain, and for a preference in the calendaring of the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is, in effect, to direct the appellants to perfect the appeal by a date certain is granted, and the appellants shall perfect the appeal on or before October 21, 2010; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for a preference in the calendaring of the appeal is denied.
