Lancaster, Mia v Sutton Place Synagogue
It is Ordered that the motion to supplement the original record of the trial court with additional documents and for other relief is denied. The proper method would have been to move, before the trial court, to replicate any documents that may have been lost or missing from the Civil Court file and to have said court deem the omitted material to be duplicate originals. The Court notes that the original record of the trial court was transferred to this Court on April 13, 2010 and this motion to supplement the original file was only made returnable on the eve of argument.
