ORDERED, on the court's motion, that assigned counsel, Dennis M. Cohen, Esq., is relieved of representing appellant on the appeal and SUSAN DENATALE, ESQ., located at HENNESSEY & DENATALE, 501 WILLIAM FLOYD PARKWAY, SHIRLEY, NEW YORK 11967 is assigned pursuant to article 18-B of the County Law; and it is further,
ORDERED that Honorable Dennis M. Cohen, shall provide new counsel with all papers; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appeal shall be perfected expeditiously.
