DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant, inter alia, to stay enforcement of two orders of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated January 28, 2010, and February 3, 2010, respectively, pending hearing and determination of appeals therefrom. Separate motion by the respondent pro se for poor person relief and for the assignment of counsel.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motions are denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that on the court's own motion, the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until November 1, 2010, and the respondent's brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
