| ORDER ON APPLICATION |
Application by the respondent pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a supplemental brief on an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Nassau County, rendered July 31, 2006, which was determined by decision and order of this court dated October 7, 2008 (see People v Taylor, 55 AD3d 640), and remitted to this court by the Court of Appeals by order dated February 6, 2010 (see People v Taylor, 14 NY3d 727).
ORDERED that the application is granted and the supplemental brief shall be served and filed on or before November 8, 2010; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant Law Offices of Silverman & Taylor shall serve and file a supplemental reply brief, if any, on or before November 23, 2010.
