| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant for leave to reargue his motion to stay his eviction from the subject premises pending hearing and determination of an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated April 7, 2010, which was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated August 6, 2010. Application by the respondent, inter alia, for an order directing that the notice of eviction need not be reserved.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, and upon the application, it is
ORDERED that the motion and the application are denied.
