On the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that its decision and order on motion dated August 27, 2010, in the above-entitled matter, which granted a motion by the appellant, on an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Westchester County, rendered May 21, 2010, is amended by deleting from the ninth decretal paragraph the address "151 Broadway, White Plains, New York 10532" and substituting therefor the address "75 South Broadway - Suite 4-54195, White Plains, New York 10601."
