On the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that its order on application dated September 9, 2010, in the above-entitled case is recalled and vacated, and the following order is substituted therefor:
Application by the plaintiffs-respondents pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Richmond County, dated March 22, 2010. Separate application by the defendant-respondent for the same relief.
ORDERED that the applications are granted and the time of the plaintiffs-respondents and the defendant-respondent to serve and file their briefs is enlarged until October 20, 2010, and the briefs of the plaintiffs-respondents and the defendant-respondent must be served and filed on or before that date.
