Motion by the respondent on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Putnam County, dated September 2, 2009, and November 2, 2009, respectively, which were determined by decision and order dated June 15, 2010, to review and disallow the award of costs on the appeal and for an award of costs in the sum of $535.68.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
