Westbeth Corp. HDFC Inc. v Ramscale Prods. Inc.
appellants: 1- Perfect their appeal by no later than the December 2010 Term - the filing deadline is October 12, 2010; and 2- continue to pay for accruing use and occupancy at the rate of $15,000 per month on each subsequent rental due date, without prejudice. In the event of tenants-appellants' failure to comply with the foregoing conditions, landlord-respondent may move on five days' notice for an order vacating the stay.
