Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Anne B. Rimmler, Esq. dated September 2, 2010, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the first ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered August 26, 2010 is hereby amended by deleting the date September 2, 2010 and inserting in its place the date September 20, 2010, and
It is further ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the second ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered August 26, 2010 is hereby amended by deleting the date September 17, 2010 and inserting in its place the date October 5, 2010.
